Tipalti

Tipalti delivers end-to-end payables solutions, built to handle the evolving needs of businesses, with a focus on scale, efficiency, spend control, and visibility.

The project I designed for Tipalti was Admin, a back-office system where admins can manage and control their payers' details, fees, taxes, bills and more. This project had to be done very quickly in order to be shown as a demo for stack holders so I only worked on it a day or two, along with another UX designer from their team.

This system has many steps and forms, and their meaning is critical. A great thing we did here is to suggest using short info message next to almost each input field in order to make sure the user knows the meaning of each value he enters. As I see it, working on financial systems should be done with extreme sensitivity, since almost every action the user does in such systems has a financial impact on him or the company he works for.
